Today, March 8, the round table on hotel investment was held in Madrid, within the framework of HIP that has once again filled different IFEMA pavilions, with three of the main business leaders in the sector. From GMA, we thank Deloitte and especially Marc Molas, the opportunity he has given to Víctor Martí Gilabert (founder and CEO of GMA) to participate in one of the discussion tables to present his opinion, investment criteria and discuss business models and relationship contracts between owners and hotel chains and brands, in order to successfully face the challenges and opportunities of the market.
The participants have shown their opinion and visualized the future trends in the current complex situation in contrast to the high level of interest aroused by the hotel investment market in Spain and, extensively, in Europe, but especially in the main destinations of the Mediterranean.
It has been a lively and interesting debate around the investment made in many of the destinations and tourist assets of our country in recent months, and planned for 2022, by investors, operators, and hotel groups in their assets, with the aim of repositioning them and raising the quality of tourism demand.
